If your pincode falls under a non-serviceable zone, our courier partners may not be able to arrange pickups for returns. In such cases, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost to complete the return process.

COD Fee & Conditions
To maintain fairness and cover the extra costs associated with COD orders:
A flat COD fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders.
COD orders are accepted only for purchases up to ₹1,500/-.
To confirm a COD order, we may request a token advance (₹50–₹100) to minimize fake orders and ensure smoother delivery.
COD may be temporarily disabled for customers with repeated failed delivery attempts.
Refunds for COD orders are always processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after product approval.

Cash handling involves higher courier costs and an increased risk of undelivered or rejected parcels. The small COD fee helps us maintain reliable services while keeping prepaid orders free of such charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However, if something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return system works:
Return Window:
You can request a return within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Tags and labels must remain intact.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a fresh order.Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.Non-Serviceable Pincode Returns:
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you’ll need to ship the product back yourself. In such cases, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it moves quickly into our processing system. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Final Sale Items: Products purchased during sales, clearance events, or custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Timeline: Refunds (both prepaid and COD) are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
